TC AUTO TOOLING SDN. BHD was established in 1992, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad. We has been certified to ISO 9001 since 2005 and ISO/TS16949:2009 since June 2010. We started designing and producing OEM alarm systems for Nissan vehicles in Malaysia and now, we have ventured into Navigation systems, Mechanical Anti theft locks and other vehicle accessories such as stone guards, door visors, horns and alarm accessories.

Knowledge and Experience

More than 17 years knowledge and experience in development of :-

• Alarm System
• Immobilizer System
• Wire Harness
• Electronic Control Unit (ECU) / Body Control Module (BCM) Interfacing
• Electronic parts
  (Immobilizer, Relay, Printed Circuit Board (PCB), Switches, Integrated Circuit (IC), Actuator & etc).

More than 3 years experience in development of GPS Navigation systems.

Besides electrical and electronics, we are also experienced in :

• HDPE Plastic Stone Guard / Mudflaps
• ABS/PP plastic CPU Casings
• Emblems and Chroming

Capability in designing and developing electronic & electrical and mechanical testing
jig for manufacturing and quality inspection.
